Victorian period sofa single ended, mahogany wood frame, fabric upholstery seat and backrest.

The Victorian furniture exaggerate curves and decorative carving is influenced by rococo and Louis XV furniture. The following sofa is a rococo revival single ended sofa handcrafted of Indonesian mahogany solid wood. The piece comes in unbalanced backrest height, flower carving crests, scrolling and leaves carving central backrest frame.

The sofa backrest curved up from left arms into full height twin roses carving cresting at the top most frame, curved down and scrolling at the central backrest. The central backrest top frame decorated with leaves carving, the top frame ended with a scrolling at right low backrest. Cabriole front legs with acanthus leaf carving knee ended with a whorl foot on top pf the floor.
