Finishes
Treatment : Fine sanding
We apply multiple sanding treatments to furniture wood surface. Starting from 180-200 grit to remove visible roughness or imperfections of the wood surface, and progressively apply finer grits until the wood has a beautifully smooth surface
Color : Classic mahogany woodstain
We apply a sanding sealer to our furniture before painting or staining the wood surface. The purpose is to fill and seal the pores of the wood, creating a smoother and more even surface, allowing for a smoother final finish, and prevent moisture absorption.
Clear coat : Satin
Also called egg-shel this type of clear coat provides a silky smooth finish retains its pearl-like sheen when dry, reflects more light than matte and stands up well to washing

British classic furniture replica
A British Victorian period antique coffee table reproduction made of mahogany wood. Plain and smooth solid wood top leaf on top of foliage carving aprons. Supported by four cabriole legs decorated with wood carving knee and scroll feet.
The Victorian coffee table design shares a same leg shape with Louis XV baroque. Bead edge decoration of cabriole legs ended with flattened scroll on the up curved whorl foot.
Similar leg design also used in several ofWilliams and Mary furniture. Several Chippendale furniture designs feature cabriole leg and whorl foot.
Wood carving decoration
A hassock foliage wood carving embellished the cabriole legs knee near the legs to apron joinery. The bead carving decoration on the leg edges continued and ended with a scrolling on the top table apron.
Four cabriole legs connected by solid wood apron using tenon mortise joinery. The apron decorated with scrolls, foliage, and a hassock wood carving similar to the knee decoration.
Solid wood rectangular shape moulding top
The top leaf of the table assembled of several solid wood boards. Glued each other using loose tongue joinery.
Edge profile decoration top leaf fastened to the apron using wooden clips and screws. This is to allow the solid wood movement while extracting and contracting.
