Victorian extendable top dining table handcrafted of mahogany solid wood, Profile edge decoration solid wood top leaf fixed onto bead molding edge decoration apron. Supported by a turning pedestal on scrolling legs.

Extendable top leaf to 170 cm oval shape

The dining table top leaf extendable into oval shape 170 cm length using a simple slider mechanism to pull and push the top table. A plain solid wood top rectangular shape extension decorated with profile edges and bead molding aprons included with the table.

The photo above shows simple extending mechanism under the top leaf of the dining table. Large beams with tongue and groove sliders fixed onto the pedestal top to allow pull and push the top leaf and the apron. A solid brass dowel fixed on the end of each slider as a stopper.

Pedestal

The top leaf and extension mechanism lying on a large solid wood column. A beautiful pedestal decorated with cylindrical turning fixed on the intersection of X shape legs.

Four rounded feet with scroll carving decoration support the legs on the floor.

The Victorian pedestal dining table is handcrafted of mahogany wood from sustainable forest managed by Perhutani, a state owned forest company

Kiln dried

The mahogany wood is kiln dried into 8% moisture contents (inside the kiln dry facility), may increase into 12 - 15% moisture contents while we working on it.
