Mahogany wood
A slim vitrine colonial period antique furniture reproduction handcrafted of mahogany solid wood. All four sides enclosed by glass framed with plain solid wood. Curves front drawers and four bun feet base.
We use harvested mahogany timber from sustainable production forest in Indonesia to build the vitrine. Using traditional wood furniture construction and joinery to ensure it can last for generations.
Straight and simple solid wood structures constructed with tenon mortise joinery, beveled glass panels at four sides including the door. The piece employs a crown molding top, and glass shelves inside the compartment enclosed by a glass door at the left side of the vitrine.
The base of the vitrine is a 1 drawer compartment on top of four bun feet bottom. Sleigh curved front drawer and a solid brass bracket pulls attached at the center.
The drawer assembled with dovetail joinery and floating board base. The outer sides of the drawer rails left unfinished to avoid it stuck.
