Treatment : Fine sanding
We apply multiple sanding treatments to furniture wood surface. Starting from 180-200 grit to remove visible roughness or imperfections of the wood surface, and progressively apply finer grits until the wood has a beautifully smooth surface
Color : Cocoa brown woodstain
We apply a sanding sealer to our furniture before painting or staining the wood surface. The purpose is to fill and seal the pores of the wood, creating a smoother and more even surface, allowing for a smoother final finish, and prevent moisture absorption.
Clear coat : Satin
Also called egg-shel this type of clear coat provides a silky smooth finish retains its pearl-like sheen when dry, reflects more light than matte and stands up well to washing

The opium bed is the most popular bed of the oriental furniture style. The piece is made of an exotic hardwood harvested from teak plantation in Indonesia. Low apron similar with simple plain rails, head, and foot supported by four curved legs.
The piece is handcrafted with traditional wood furniture construction and joinery. Finished with linseed oil in yellow candy color. Shipped in flat packing, the bed separated into headboard, foot board, two aprons, and some wooden slats mattress support. Easy assembly with tenon bolt fasteners and solid grass corner fixtures.

Smooth sanded and top coated with nitrocellulose lacquer to protect the wood grains and color. Available in king, queen, and single mattress size, or custom size according to particular mattress size. We can apply finishing treatment, color, and coating according to customer request to the bed frame.
