Finishes
Treatment : Fine sanding
We apply multiple sanding treatments to furniture wood surface. Starting from 180-200 grit to remove visible roughness or imperfections of the wood surface, and progressively apply finer grits until the wood has a beautifully smooth surface
Color : Dark candy woodstain
We apply a sanding sealer to our furniture before painting or staining the wood surface. The purpose is to fill and seal the pores of the wood, creating a smoother and more even surface, allowing for a smoother final finish, and prevent moisture absorption.
Clear coat : Satin
Also called egg-shel this type of clear coat provides a silky smooth finish retains its pearl-like sheen when dry, reflects more light than matte and stands up well to washing

Teak rattan chair
The Sheraton chair frame is handcrafted from plantation-harvested teak wood. This chair has a curved backrest in the contour of the human back and a wide top rail, which provides comfort when leaning back. The chair seat is a diagonal pattern rattan wicker with a wooden frame fitted inside the seat rail.
Traditional construction
The Sheraton chair frames are handcrafted from good quality teak wood using traditional wood furniture construction and joinery.
Dowel-fastened tenon-mortise joints are used to attach the seat rails to the rear stiles and forelegs.
The four corners of the seat rail are reinforced with thick wood corner brackets. This guarantees the durability and longevity of the chair.
