Colonial tub chair

A simple high back tub chair in teak solid wood frame and rattan woven sides, custom made for Desima Nuriana, a private customer in Jakarta. The chair is designed for waiting room, to match our St. Barclays sofa 2 seats. Half round shape similar to common tub chair, the seat upholstered with double foam for comfort.

High backrest with plain solid wood frame waved down to the top of front seat. Wide and thick seat apron, turning arrow shape front legs, plain back legs. The backrest and left-right ends of the chair woven with rattan natural fiber inside and outside.

The chair will bring a new dimensions into any waiting room.

Customer : Desima Nuriana

We use outer skin of natural rattan fiber at the backrest and both ends of the chair. It's left unfinished because it will be shines naturally. The solid wood frame finished with tea brown color, top coated with polyurethane. Upholstered with rubber stripes and foam, covered with fabric.
