Teak Wood
Teak is a type of hardwood known for its durability, beauty, and natural resistance to various environmental elements. Our teak timber comes from the Tectona grandis tree, which is harvested from Teak plantation in Java island, Indonesia. Teak is known for its exceptional durability and longevity. It has a relatively low shrinkage rate, less likely to warp, crack, or split. These combination of natural resistance, longevity, and aesthetic appeal make it a popular choice for high-quality, long-lasting furniture pieces.
Finishes
Treatment : Fine sanding
We apply multiple sanding treatments to furniture wood surface. Starting from 180-200 grit to remove visible roughness or imperfections of the wood surface, and progressively apply finer grits until the wood has a beautifully smooth surface
Color : Tea brown woodstain
We apply a sanding sealer to our furniture before painting or staining the wood surface. The purpose is to fill and seal the pores of the wood, creating a smoother and more even surface, allowing for a smoother final finish, and prevent moisture absorption.
Clear coat : Satin
Also called egg-shel this type of clear coat provides a silky smooth finish retains its pearl-like sheen when dry, reflects more light than matte and stands up well to washing

Communal high dining set
A private customer apartment furnishing
The communal high dining table and stools were made for a client in Singapore. The client requested simple dining room furniture according to photos found in an online shop website, including some modifications to the size and color.
The designs
The customer request a dining table, six high stools, and two custom design barstools similar to existing stool design.
Our designer create the customer with a simple barstool design features upholstered seat and backrest.
After some discussions with our designer the plans above approved by the clients for production.
Manufacturing
Following some of the manufacturing photos we create fro the client during the production
High dining table width 180cm, depth, 90 cm, height 101 cm. The table handcrafted of teak solid wood, corner bracket construction with bolt and screws fastener. It features a H stretcher at the bottom to reinforce the legs.
We designed this communal barstool to complement the high table and stools. The barstool frame is made of teak solid wood, features tapered legs similar to the stool design.
The communal high stool is made exactly to original design. Tapered legs, solid wood seat, and finished with dark brown color
