Finishes
Treatment : Fine sanding
We apply multiple sanding treatments to furniture wood surface. Starting from 180-200 grit to remove visible roughness or imperfections of the wood surface, and progressively apply finer grits until the wood has a beautifully smooth surface
Color : Salak brown woodstain
We apply a sanding sealer to our furniture before painting or staining the wood surface. The purpose is to fill and seal the pores of the wood, creating a smoother and more even surface, allowing for a smoother final finish, and prevent moisture absorption.
Clear coat : Glossy
Glossy clear coat reflect the most light, providing a bright sheen. This type of finish finishes prove durable and scrubbable, offering high resistance to moisture.

The sofa is designed for seating three persons with arm rests, right arm rest is higher than the left arm rest. The arm rests is curved outward and fully upholstered to provide comfort when the sofa is used for reclining and napping. The backrest is higher at the right side, curved up from top of right arm rest then curved down and scrolling at the left arm rest.
Mahogany wood frame
The sofa frame is made of reddish brown mahogany wood which harvested from Perhutani plantation. The timber is kiln dried into 12% moisture contents to ensure it can stand through seasons without cracking or splitting. Assembled with traditional furniture joinery and construction, the frame is using tenon mortise joint fastened with polyurethane glue.
Large arm rest frame decorated with acanthus leaves, scrolling at the top and curved down to cabriole front leg and ended at whorl foot. Rose carving seat apron connected front legs left to right, using tenon mortise joint and leaf carving corner bracket to fasten the joint.
The sofa backrest frame is curved and decorated with foliage carving and scrolling, all of the hidden and shown frame are made of mahogany solid wood.
Upholstery
The seat and backrest of the sofa is upholstered with rubber stripes support foam padding, covering by red velvet fabric. We can apply springs, fire retardant foam, and custom fabric for upholstery.
